This product has a three-year warranty.
The authorised warranty service provider is Osmio Solutions Ltd.. As a trained reseller, we also aim to resolve maintenance issues locally where possible.

The warranty starts on the purchase date or, if later, the delivery date.
Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
Our three-year warranty covers repair or replacement of all or part of the system for material or manufacturing defects arising within three years of purchase. If a component is no longer available or manufactured, Osmio reserves the right to replace it with a suitable alternative.
For warranty work, we cover shipping costs within Estonia.
Do not dismantle the system yourself. Doing so invalidates the warranty, and the company accepts no liability for resulting quality issues or accidents.
The system is BPA-free, manufactured to high production specifications and CE-certified.
After the warranty expires, or where the system fails because of damage, spare parts and servicing are charged at the full rate. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
The Osmio warranty does not cover repair or replacement where a fault results from any of the following:
- Incorrect installation, repairs or modifications that do not follow the installation instructions.
- Normal wear and tear. Replacement of the system after five years is recommended.
- Accidental damage or faults caused by careless use or maintenance, misuse, neglect, mishandling or use contrary to the operating instructions.
- Failure to follow water-filter maintenance instructions.
- Use of non-original Osmio parts, including filter cartridges.
- Use of the filtration system for purposes other than normal household water treatment.
- Failure of components not supplied as part of the original Osmio system, or faults caused by such components.
