TSIRKAADIA ONLINE SHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using Filter Service OÜ’s online shop at www.tsirkaadia.ee (the Shop), you agree to use its information and data only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of Filter Service OÜ or others.

Unless these Terms state otherwise, communications between the Customer and Filter Service OÜ take place electronically or by telephone, using the contact details in these Terms or on the Shop’s website. 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
When registering or purchasing through the Shop, the Customer must provide accurate personal details, including their full name, a valid telephone number and a valid email address.

The Customer must keep their Shop username and password secure and prevent access by third parties.

The Customer must promptly notify Filter Service OÜ by email of changes to the information provided when registering or making a purchase.

The Customer must promptly notify Filter Service OÜ by email if their Shop username or password is lost or becomes known to a third party.

The Customer agrees not to bring claims against Filter Service OÜ other than claims arising directly from these Terms.

The Customer must not use the Shop for unlawful transactions or fraud.

PURCHASING
When purchasing through the Shop, the Buyer pays the amount due to Filter Service OÜ using the bank-link payment facility.

Goods are delivered by courier or collected in person. The Buyer pays the delivery costs shown in the basket and included in the order total.

FILTER SERVICE OÜ’S RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Filter Service OÜ processes Customers’ personal data in accordance with applicable legal requirements and does not disclose it to third parties except where provided for by law.

Filter Service OÜ is not liable for misuse of Customers’ accounts.

Filter Service OÜ reserves the right to amend these Terms as necessary without prior notice.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PROCESSING
Customers’ personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

The Shop collects personal data when a Customer creates an account or places an order.

The data processed includes the Customer’s name, personal identification code, email address, mobile telephone number and purchasing preferences.

Filter Service OÜ uses personal data to provide, develop and personalise services, primarily the sale of goods through the Shop and personalised offers.

By entering data in the Shop and providing the relevant confirmation, the Customer authorises the collection and processing of their personal data and the disclosure of information needed by the logistics partner to deliver the goods.

The Shop may use the Customer’s residential or business address to send advertising and other information.

The Customer may prohibit the collection and use of their personal data at any time, except where necessary to recover a contractual claim or deliver goods. Withdrawal of consent does not apply retrospectively.

Personal contact details are used for electronic direct marketing only where the Customer has consented through their Shop account.

Encrypted communication with banks protects the Customer’s banking credentials during payment. The Shop operator cannot access those credentials.

Filter Service OÜ does not disclose Customers’ personal data to third parties.
