A stylish, multifunctional water purifier combining reverse osmosis, hydrogen enrichment and a choice of cooled or heated water. Choose it using the specifications for the particular model.

Four features compared with a conventional reverse osmosis system:

  • Hydrogen enrichment, with oxidation–reduction potential (ORP) measured in millivolts. ORP alone does not establish a health benefit.
  •  Stated filtered-water to reject-water ratios: W19 — 3:1; conventional reverse osmosis system — 1:3.
  • Filtered water with a fresh taste
  • Four functions in one: filtration, ionisation, cooling and heating at a choice of temperatures.

How W19 differs from a basic water ioniser:

  • Combines hydrogen enrichment with water treatment in one unit.
  • Includes reverse osmosis filtration rather than relying solely on a carbon-based cartridge. Compare specific performance for the substances relevant to your supply.
  • Pre-treatment helps limit deposits reaching later stages. Follow the cleaning and maintenance instructions for the complete system.
  • Electrical conductivity depends on dissolved ions and does not, by itself, establish drinking-water safety.
  • Combines reverse osmosis and ionisation in one system. See the current product price above.

A cleaner taste

Good taste does not reveal everything about water quality. Reverse osmosis is a widely used filtration technology for reducing a broad range of dissolved substances.

W19 combines filtered drinking water with a hydrogen-enrichment function.

Oxidation–reduction potential (ORP) is measured in millivolts. It does not, by itself, establish a health benefit or faster absorption by cells.

Molecular hydrogen is being studied for its interaction with oxidative stress and related biological processes.

W19’s hydrogen-enrichment function:

  • adds molecular hydrogen to filtered water. Research into hydrogen’s biological effects is ongoing; this is not a guarantee of medical benefits from the device.
  • Insulin sensitivity is one area of ongoing research
  • Inflammatory responses are another area under investigation
  • Research is also exploring responses to oxidative stress

Water at your chosen temperature

W19 combines a water purifier and hot-water dispenser, providing water at your chosen temperature.

25 ° C
Room-temperature water, ready to drink

45 ° C
Warm water setting

                                    55 ° C                                       Intermediate temperature setting

80 ° C                                       Hot water setting for tea

90 ° C
Near-boiling water setting for coffee

100 ° C
Boiling-water setting in seconds, replacing a separate kettle

Long-lasting filters and simple maintenance

Replace filters every 6–12 months or after 2,000 litres of filtered water.

The machine alerts you when the remaining filter resource falls below 20%.

Hard or lower-quality source water may require more frequent attention and earlier replacement of individual filters.

The reverse osmosis cartridge lasts approximately twice as long as the pre-filters and is replaced half as often.

Filter replacement is straightforward and takes moments.

Use fewer disposable bottles

One W19 filter set treats the equivalent of 2,000–4,000 disposable water bottles.

Does the system come with filters?

Yes. The first filter set is already fitted in W19. Fill the tank, plug the unit into a power socket and follow the set-up instructions.

How large is the W19 tank?

The tank holds 6 litres: approximately 4 litres are used for filtered water and 2 litres for reject water. The internal filtered-water tank holds 3 litres.

Filters

Filter elements:

  1. Multi-layer composite filter. Reduces coarse particles such as sand, rust and limescale particles, along with chlorine and organic impurities.
  2. Reverse osmosis membrane.Reduces a broad range of substances. Check the system’s specifications for performance against bacteria, dissolved solids, nitrates, fluoride, metals and other contaminants relevant to your water.
  3. Post-carbon filter. Reduces remaining unwanted tastes and odours for pleasant-tasting water.

Filter disposal:

Where appropriate, separate the filter contents from the plastic housing before recycling. Follow local waste-collection rules.

Questions and answers

Is reverse osmosis water suitable for drinking?

Reverse osmosis reduces minerals as well as other dissolved substances. Minerals also come from food, and some systems include remineralisation. Choose and maintain a system that is appropriate for your water supply and individual requirements.

Does it remove all fluoride?

No filter removes 100% of fluoride. W19’s stated reduction is 85–97% when the incoming level is below 1.5 ppm (mg/L).

Is the filtered water acidic?

Reverse osmosis does not set a fixed pH. Contact with air and dissolved carbon dioxide can affect the measured value after filtration. Remineralisation and the time water is exposed to air also influence the result.

Stomach acid changes the acidity of water after it is swallowed, regardless of its starting pH. Drinking alkaline water does not, by itself, make the whole body alkaline.

Our focus is on water quality rather than a particular pH. Hydrogen enrichment is a separate feature and should not be treated as a promise of medical benefits.
