TSIRKAADIA ONLINE SHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
<\/b>By using Filter Service O\u00dc’s online shop at www.tsirkaadia.ee (the Shop), you agree to use its information and data only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of Filter Service O\u00dc or others.<\/p>\n

Unless these Terms state otherwise, communications between the Customer and Filter Service O\u00dc take place electronically or by telephone, using the contact details in these Terms or on the Shop’s website.\u00a0<\/p>\n

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
<\/b>When registering or purchasing through the Shop, the Customer must provide accurate personal details, including their full name, a valid telephone number and a valid email address.<\/p>\n

The Customer must keep their Shop username and password secure and prevent access by third parties.<\/p>\n

The Customer must promptly notify Filter Service O\u00dc by email of changes to the information provided when registering or making a purchase.<\/p>\n

The Customer must promptly notify Filter Service O\u00dc by email if their Shop username or password is lost or becomes known to a third party.<\/p>\n

The Customer agrees not to bring claims against Filter Service O\u00dc other than claims arising directly from these Terms.<\/p>\n

The Customer must not use the Shop for unlawful transactions or fraud.<\/p>\n

PURCHASING<\/b>
When purchasing through the Shop, the Buyer pays the amount due to Filter Service O\u00dc using the bank-link payment facility.<\/p>\n

Goods are delivered by courier or collected in person. The Buyer pays the delivery costs shown in the basket and included in the order total.<\/p>\n

FILTER SERVICE O\u00dc’S RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
<\/b>Filter Service O\u00dc processes Customers’ personal data in accordance with applicable legal requirements and does not disclose it to third parties except where provided for by law.<\/p>\n

Filter Service O\u00dc is not liable for misuse of Customers’ accounts.<\/p>\n

Filter Service O\u00dc reserves the right to amend these Terms as necessary without prior notice.<\/p>\n

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PROCESSING
<\/b>Customers’ personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.<\/p>\n

The Shop collects personal data when a Customer creates an account or places an order.<\/p>\n

The data processed includes the Customer’s name, personal identification code, email address, mobile telephone number and purchasing preferences.<\/p>\n

Filter Service O\u00dc uses personal data to provide, develop and personalise services, primarily the sale of goods through the Shop and personalised offers.<\/p>\n

By entering data in the Shop and providing the relevant confirmation, the Customer authorises the collection and processing of their personal data and the disclosure of information needed by the logistics partner to deliver the goods.<\/p>\n

The Shop may use the Customer’s residential or business address to send advertising and other information.<\/p>\n

The Customer may prohibit the collection and use of their personal data at any time, except where necessary to recover a contractual claim or deliver goods. Withdrawal of consent does not apply retrospectively.<\/p>\n

Personal contact details are used for electronic direct marketing only where the Customer has consented through their Shop account.<\/p>\n

Encrypted communication with banks protects the Customer’s banking credentials during payment. The Shop operator cannot access those credentials.<\/p>\n

Filter Service O\u00dc does not disclose Customers’ personal data to third parties.\u00a0<\/p>\n

COMPLAINTS
<\/b>If you have a complaint, please contact us so that we can help. We respond within five working days. For a quicker response, call +372 528 1512.<\/p>\n

If a product is defective or does not match the order, please email info@tsirkaadia.ee<\/a> with the name of the person who placed the order, their contact telephone number, the order number and a detailed description of the defect or non-conformity.<\/p>\n

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES<\/h3>\n

Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.<\/p>\n

To withdraw, send a clear statement within 14 days to info@tsirkaadia.ee<\/a>. Include your name, order number and the products you wish to return. Sending the statement within the deadline is sufficient to exercise your right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

We will email the return address and shipping instructions. Before sending the parcel, contact us at info@tsirkaadia.ee<\/a>. Send the goods back no later than 14 calendar days after submitting your withdrawal statement.<\/p>\n

Condition of returned goods<\/h3>\n

You may inspect the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a physical shop. Opening the packaging for this inspection does not in itself remove your right of withdrawal. Please return all supplied items and, where possible, the original packaging. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for this inspection.<\/p>\n

Return delivery costs<\/h3>\n

For a standard withdrawal, the Buyer arranges and pays for return postage or courier delivery and obtains the return label. No separate return or restocking fee applies. The Seller covers reasonable return costs for defective goods or goods that do not match the order; contact us by email in advance to agree the shipping arrangements.<\/p>\n

Refunds<\/h3>\n

We refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the withdrawal statement. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option chosen by the Buyer are not refunded. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Unless otherwise agreed, the refund uses the original payment method. No refund fee is charged.<\/p>\n

Exchanges<\/h3>\n

Exchanges are available. Email your request to info@tsirkaadia.ee<\/a>with the order number and your preferred replacement product. We will agree the exchange details and confirm availability.<\/p>\n
